The Amazon Delivery Station is a dynamic workplace where you will be surrounded by moving machines, including order pickers, stand-up forklifts, turret trucks, and mobile carts. The temperature in the warehouse can vary, and while climate controls are in place, it can reach over 90°F in certain areas. Noise levels can also be high, but hearing protection is provided if needed. The dress code is relaxed, but safety is a priority, requiring comfortable, closed-toe shoes, and in some cases, protective footwear. Responsibilities

Receive and prepare inventory for delivery

Use technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders

Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages

Lift up to 49 pounds as needed

Receive truck deliveries

View prompts on screens and follow directions for tasks

Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts

Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around

Go up and down stairs (where applicable)

Work at a height of up to 40 feet on a mezzanine (where applicable)

Requirements

Candidates must be 18 years or older

Ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines in English
