Key Responsibilities

• * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations.

• * Uphold confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.

• Required Skills and Qualifications

• * High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).

• * Flexible schedules available, with core hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (your local time zone).

• * Weekend or evening support may be required based on team needs.

• * Understanding of customer service principles and practices.

• * Knowledge of data management and reporting best practices.
