Key Responsibilities
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and timely support.
Resolve client issues, complaints, and inquiries in a professional and empathetic manner.
Provide guidance on American Express products and services, assisting with account management, billing, and transactions.
Identify opportunities to improve client experience and provide feedback to internal teams.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and policies to ensure clients receive accurate information.
Document client interactions and maintain records in company systems.
