Job Description

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH MICROSOFT EXCEL

REQUIRED TO BE ONSITE - Must be onsite near LBJ 635/ US 75 area

 

We are currently seeking a Administrative Assistant to work in the Sales department. This is an entry level position - Must have some office experience.

Duties:

Assisting with inventory management

Data entry

Assisting with contract review

Membership

Database maintenance

Must keep data security and confidentiality protocols

Requirements:

Attention to detail
