About the position
The Director of Global Channel Operations is a key role within the Go-To-Market (GTM) Operations team, responsible for building and optimizing the infrastructure necessary to support high-scale transactions through various channels such as Value-Added Resellers (VARs), Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs), and Cloud Marketplaces. This position requires a strong understanding of Salesforce.com (SFDC) and channel processes, along with expertise in systems and process optimization. The role also involves managing a small team focused on these initiatives.
