We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Field Nurse to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care to patients in their homes or designated facilities, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Perform assessments and develop individualized care plans based on patient needs.
• Administer medications, IV infusions, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and health status, documenting changes accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care for patients with complex needs.
• Educate patients and families on health management, treatment options, and preventive care.
• Provide support for patients undergoing cardiac catheterization and other specialized procedures.
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Travel to various locations as required to provide nursing services.

Qualifications

• Valid nursing license in the state of practice.
• Experience in long-term care or working with geriatric populations is preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and physiology is essential.
• Familiarity with IV infusion techniques and cardiac catheterization procedures is a plus.
• Experience in travel nursing or working at a Level I Trauma Center is advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals who have developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients and families.
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care in diverse settings.
