SUMMARY:

Elevate, in partnership with the Washington Spirit, is recruiting for its Inside Sales Class beginning in July 2025.

Our program is specifically designed to launch entry-level careers in sports sales by providing extensive, hands-on training that focuses on building the skills required to become an industry sales leader.

Under the visionary leadership of owner Michele Kang and CEO Kim Stone, the Washington Spirit set a club attendance record in 2024. As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in driving continued attendance growth and paving the way for the next generation.

Representatives are initially hired on a ten-month contract, with the option to extend the program or transition to another role based on departmental and business needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Sell a full range of Washington Spirit ticket products—with a focus on 2026 Spirit Full Season Tickets—via phone, email, and in-person interactions

· Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets and hustle metrics established by leadership

· Maintain detailed records of all sales prospecting activities and customer interactions in our CRM system

· Build relationships with prospective customers through outbound communications and strengthen them with face-to-face meetings using our proprietary event-based selling model

· Attend weekly training and development sessions led by the leadership team

· Work evenings and weekends as needed, including attending all Washington Spirit home games to support prospecting appointments, sales tables, and game events

· Participate in sales-driven stadium events

· Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

· Undergraduate degree required

· Sales experience is a plus, though not mandatory

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and related software

· Excellent time management and organizational skills

· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm

· Must be available to attend required games and events as an essential part of the role
