About the position
As a Licensed Healthcare Insurance Agent at TTEC you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer experiences by providing compassionate and knowledgeable support to individuals seeking health insurance solutions. This includes accepting inbound calls and making outbound calls for follow-ups. You will utilize your strong listening skills to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Your ability to empathize with customers and maintain a high level of integrity especially regarding HIPAA guidelines will be essential in building trust and rapport. Responsibilities
? Assist individuals in understanding their coverages and selecting the right products and services to meet their personal health and financial needs.
? Provide full lifecycle customer service and sales including accepting inbound calls and making outbound follow-up calls.
? Respond to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening selecting the best solution in an efficient manner.
? Identify additional needs customers may have and help them upgrade products or services.
Requirements
? Current Health insurance license in your state of residence.
? High speed internet (> 25 mbps).
? Minimum six (6) months sales experience.
? Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy.
? Strong customer service orientation.
? High school diploma or equivalent.
? Computer experience.
