The USPS operates multiple mail processing centers, retail stores, and central facilities responsible for managing postal activities throughout the United States.
Employment consideration requires applicants to be United States natives with a minimum age of 18.
One of the main tasks involves sorting and processing all mails received and sent out by the organization:
• Selling stamps
• Maintaining a record of outgoing mail that is awaiting processing is necessary to ensure a timely response
• The system for dispatching and delivering mail and parcels.*
• Handling several administrative duties
• Offering guidance and support to customers regarding postal services, including but not limited to, receiving and sending mail and packages.
