THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• MUST be a U.S. citizen. High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Notary Public, meeting all state or regional requirements, including any necessary bonds or insurance.
• Prior experience notarizing I-9 forms, trusts, and other legal documents, with a strong understanding of their legal implications.
• High level of accuracy in reviewing and notarizing documents to ensure compliance with legal standards.
• Competent in using digital tools and platforms for remote notarization, document management, and secure client interactions.
• Ability to handle sensitive personal and legal information with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Ability to manage a flexible schedule and meet client needs promptly, whether in a virtual or mobile capacity.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Strong Internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace. Video-enabled computer with reliable access to necessary software.

COMPENSATION: Agents typically earn $200 to $500 daily, based on their performance and volume of work.
