Training Program
– 2 hours of training videos focused on night shift workflows
– Mock chats with response coaching
– First shift monitored by a QA lead
– Go live within 3–5 business days after acceptance
Sample Evening Shift
You work from 6 PM–10 PM. A customer needs help finding their welcome email—you resend the activation link. Another user wants to pause their membership—you walk them through it using a macro. A third asks about a loyalty discount—you verify their eligibility. All communication is chat-only—calm, structured, and quiet.
