We are seeking a friendly and professional Live Chat Support Specialist to join our support team. This role is ideal for individuals who communicate clearly, solve problems efficiently, and enjoy helping others, no previous experience required. All training is provided and paid.
What You’ll Do
Handle real-time customer inquiries via live chat.
Resolve product and service questions, troubleshoot basic issues, and guide users through solutions.
Manage multiple conversations at once while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
Document interactions with clear, concise notes and follow-ups in our system.
