Salesforce Administrator (Remote- East Coast) id-6932

Do you consider yourself more of a problem solver than a Salesforce Administrator?  We’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid to reach past the boundaries of the standard Salesforce Admin role, using their intelligence to bring solutions in all aspects of the organization, from scoping and future-proofing design to gathering requirements from our team, and building tools to automate redundant tasks.  
This role is remote and open only to candidates located on the East Coast.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day Salesforce platform operations, including user account maintenance, data integrity, and security settings.
• Design, build, and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, and process automation.
• Perform regular system updates, patches, and maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and uptime.
• Build and maintain customized reports and dashboards to support sales leadership and operational decision-making.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party tools and systems to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
• Serve as the first point of contact for user support, troubleshooting issues, and providing timely resolutions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration.
• 3 years minimum hands-on experience troubleshooting technical issues on Salesforce platform end-to-end (Application, Database, Network & Integration layers).
• Strong expertise in declarative tools such as Flows and Validation Rules.
• Self-motivated, flexible, team player with solid multi-tasking, time management & organization expertise with the ability to manage multiple and often changing priorities.
• Attention to detail with the ability to analyze and solve complex problems as well as provide documentation, guidance, and instruction to users.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator (Preferred).
