Senior Outsystems Technology Specialist - Torrance - Damco Solutions id-6655
Description
We're looking for a Complex Application Developer Lead to join our team at Damco Solutions. As a key member of our engineering team, you'll be responsible for helping drive the development and implementation of complex OutSystems applications.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in OutSystems or similar technologies, with a proven track record of helping drive OutSystems projects, particularly complex or large-scale implementations. They'll also have strong proficiency in OutSystems development, including mobile and web dashboards, reactive web apps, workflows, and BPT.
In addition to technical expertise, the successful candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of mentoring junior developers. They'll also have excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills for application support and be able to work collaboratively with offshore, nearshore, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time.

Responsibilities include:
- Helping drive the development and implementation of complex OutSystems applications
- Architecting and designing solutions using OutSystems workflows, BPT, and reactive development
- Identifying and resolving code issues using AI Mentor Studio to enhance application quality
- Implementing front-end enhancements using CSS, JavaScript, and Angular, ensuring seamless UI/UX experiences
- Collaborating closely with offshore, nearshore, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time
- Providing application support, including troubleshooting and debugging
Qualifications include OutSystems certifications, previous experience in a leadership or senior developer role, familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices, and experience with integrating external APIs and services in OutSystems. Familiarity with testing frameworks and performance optimization techniques is also a plus.
