We’re looking for a versatile Paid Social Media Campaign Manager to join our marketing team. The primary purpose of the campaign is to acquire new clients / brands.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of paid Social advertising experience
  • 3+ years experience creating and executing ideas at an agency focused on lead generation
  • Expert knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, TikTok Ad manager
  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, Mathematics, Information Systems, Statistics, Economics or related discipline
  • Ability to translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies
  • Understanding of digital marketing principles, specifically paid social best practices
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to confidently present concepts both to your team and to clients
  • Track record of using analytics to provide strategic recommendations and drive growth for direct-to-consumer brands
  • Solid understanding of marketing research and consumer psychology
  • Ability to self-manage, juggle multiple projects and execute based on priority
  • Positive attitude and ability to operate in a very rapidly changing environment with ambiguity
  • Ability to effectively resolve problems and/or roadblocks independently as they occur, knowing when to escalate when necessary

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
