Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment
• Proficient in basic computer skills and navigating multiple systems simultaneously
• Reliable high-speed internet connection

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  
  
• Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, and company policies
• Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency
• Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments
• Maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude at all times
