Description
The Leidos Health Mission Solutions Business area of Leidos is seeking a highly skilled HubSpot and Slack SaaS Engineer/Admin to support our federal customer.

The successful candidate will oversee the configuration, deployment, and management of HubSpot and Slack SaaS products, among others, ensuring they align with our operational needs and federal compliance standards. While some established SaaS products are in a maintenance phase, requiring guidance for product maturation or troubleshooting, others require full lifecycle setup and integration. This role demands a strong blend of technical expertise in HubSpot and Slack, as well as familiarity with other SaaS platforms like Zendesk and Atlassian, providing a unique opportunity to shape our SaaS landscape.

Candidate MUST:
be located in the United States currently and for the current 3 consecutive years and be a US Citizen or US Person (Green Card Holder) with the Ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance.

• Lead the end-to-end setup, configuration, and integration of HubSpot and Slack, ensuring they are tailored to the agency's requirements and federal standards.
• Help through various phases of products maturity, ensuring they continue to meet the agency's evolving needs, compliance and security requirements.
• Offer insights for product maturation, best practices, and troubleshooting for production issues.
• Take guidance from the Architecture and Engineering team on the agency's vision and IT Roadmap. Collaborate with Product Owners, the ICAM lead, the Security Team, DevOps engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that HubSpot, Slack and other SaaS solutions are seamlessly integrated and aligned with the agency's IT architecture.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for SaaS configurations, policies, and procedures, ensuring adherence to federal guidelines.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and conduct training sessions to empower internal teams with the skills needed to effectively use and support the SaaS products.
• Stay updated on HubSpot, Slack and other SaaS technology trends and developments, advocating for and implementing enhancements that will benefit the agency.
• Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of all SaaS deployments in compliance with federal cybersecurity protocols.
• Serve as the primary liaison with SaaS vendors for new products set up, feature requests, and complex issues troubleshooting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field;
• At least 4 years of experience in SaaS environments, with 2+ years in a federal or regulated setting, and a proven track record of managing HubSpot and Slack (and others) SaaS products through various lifecycle stages.
• Familiarity with federal IT regulations, compliance standards, and cybersecurity frameworks.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to provide expert advice and practical solutions to complex technical issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Certifications related to HubSpot, Slack or other related SaaS technologies preferred.
