About the team + role

As the Futures Risk Program Manager, you will lead the development and enhancement of our risk management program for the futures and international businesses. This role focuses on managing operational and key risk categories while staying aligned with regulatory requirements and leveraging data-driven, technology-focused solutions.

What you bring

Futures Industry Expertise:

• 6+ years of experience in Futures and Brokerage operations
• In-depth knowledge of futures markets, investment products, FCM operations, and CFTC / NFA regulations, with a commitment to staying updated on industry developments.

Technical Proficiency:

• Advanced skills in SQL, Python, or similar tools for analyzing and managing complex risk data.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Looker) to design reports and dashboards.
• Strong capability to derive actionable insights and develop technology-driven risk solutions.

Critical Thinking & Problem Solving:

• A candidate who thrives in problem-solving, embraces learning opportunities, and effectively applies critical thinking to analyze complex risk scenarios.
